Graduate Training/Post-Graduate Internships

Now I See A Person Institute currently offers training to graduate students and interns pursuing licensure as mental health professionals.  We are an approved training facility for Loma Linda University in Loma Linda, California, and Alliant International University in Alhambra, California.  Students from each of these universities are able to gain supervised experience engaging with the clients we serve.

Because we have a team-practice structure, where therapists often work in pairs, participants in our program are able to begin engaging with clients on their first day at the Institute.  Participants benefit from peer-to-peer mentoring, and live supervision, while gaining experience in the practice of experiential, strength-based, collaborative therapy with diverse populations.

Continuing Education and Professional Development

Now I See A Person also provides training for mental health professionals in the collaborative recovery model of community-based services.  NISAPI is an approved by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences as a provider of continuing education for MFTs and LCSWs (PCE 4943).

Course Registration

To register for courses, please go to http://ceutraining.eventbrite.com and click on the link for the course in which you would like to enroll.  Registrations must be received at least one business day prior to the date of the course.  The cost of each course ranges from $10-15 per unit.  Courses meets the qualifications for  the number of continuing education credits (CEUs) specified in the course listing for MFCCs and/or LCSWs as required by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.

Registration Cancellation

Participants will be eligible for a full refund, less any payment processing fees, for any registration cancelled at least 7-days prior to the scheduled course start date.  No refunds will be issued less than 7 days prior to the course start date.
